The creative team behind the world famous surfboard company McTavish have been producing really out of this world material involving their team riders.
The second instalment follows the day of surfer Christian “Wispy” Barker. Shot by the hugely talented Stefan Jose, this short film is class.
Wispy’s outlook on his surfing and it’s involvement in his daily life is completely inspirational, his narration through the journey and his insight into surfing is something that most young surfers who make this sort of content don’t actually know or understand yet.
The way that Jose has shot and edited the short is dramatically beautiful, scenic and gives you a completely new look on what has become a saturated way to promote in the surfing world.
Instead of high intensity songs, with massive airs and turns, hot babes and exotic locations, this short takes in more about the surfer than the location, more about the journey than the destination accompanied by a MT Warning soundtrack.
