Why didn't I receive my order/ part of my order?
That's no good at all. Sometimes we have to send some products out from our retail stores, that's probably the case but you're best off to contact our customer service team first. Do that here.
The item I ordered does not fit. How can I exchange it for another size/ item?
Easy, all you have to do is follow this link here and fill out this form. One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you straight away with the next step.
My tracking number is not working. Why?
Sometimes the cut off has just been missed and Australia Post don't get an opportunity to scan your parcel in. Don't be alarmed though as it is on it's way.
I have not received my order. Why?
Unfortunately human error does happen. It isn't our intention for that to happen and if you do fall in to this category, please contact us here and we will jump straight on to it for you.
I would like to exchange my order. Can I do this in one of the Mr Simple Stores?
Of course you can. Just make sure you take a proof of purchase with you, and pending availability, all Mr Simple stores will help you out. Here is a list of our stores.
Can I return my items bought during a sale?
Unfortunately you cannot return sales items. Please read our terms + conditions for more information here.
I sent back my item for an exchange. When will my return be processed?
We aim to process your exchange as soon as we have a proof of shipping. Once you ship to us, send us a tracking code or confirmation so we know that the products are heading our way. If we have this before we get the parcel, we can exchange your products quicker.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No you don't. At this stage we will refund the money spent on the return parcel. This will go straight back in to the account where you originally made your purchase, so please show us this receipt.
