The henley collar started as a practical solution — one button, then two, then three, giving a working shirt some adjustability without the formality of a full placket. White is where it began and where it still makes the most sense: no colour to read into, just the weave doing the work.
This one is built in heavy weight organic cotton rib — the fabric has real substance and a visible texture that catches the light differently to a plain jersey. Long sleeves, ribbed cuffs, three-button placket, and a fit that works on its own or under a jacket when the temperature drops.
