SIMPLE SKILLS: ESPRESSO MARTINI

This week Mr Simple Skills gets in to the bar and puts together a delicious and easy to make Espresso Martini.

Ingredients –

30ml Kahlua

30ml Vodka

30ml Espresso

1 Scoop of ice

Coffee beans to garnish

 

Let’s get the party started!

1 – Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake very vigorously to combine.

 

2 – Give it a good shake to combine all of the elements.

 

3 – Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

 

4 – Top with a few coffee beans and serve!

Tip: Freshly brewed espresso is vital when making an espresso martini.
