Return Policy
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date. For all AU returns, you can generate a printable return label that will cover the cost of the return. If you're having trouble making a return, please get in touch with our support team at info@mrsimple.com.au and we would be happy to assist in any way we can.
- Items purchased at full price can be returned for a Refund, Credit, or Size Exchange.
- Sale items are NOT eligible for our normal returns conditions, this includes any items purchased at a discount through bundles or discount codes. SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY
- If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit, or Exchange, at our discretion.
- You are entitled to 1 free return per order. Customer is required to pay for shipping costs if they would like to return an exchanged item.
- Please allow 48 hours from when your return arrives at our facility to process your return. DURING HIGH VOLUME PERIODS LIKE SALES, BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS, THIS ESTIMATED PERIOD WILL BE EXTENDED
- A partial return from a bundle deal for a Refund or Credit will remove the original discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match that.
- All gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card.

Exchange is subject to product availability once the return arrives back to our warehouse and is processed in. Should the item(s) requested not be available, a Store Credit will be issued instead. To avoid missing out on fast selling product, we recommend purchasing the desired item(s) directly and opting for a Refund or Credit for the return. If you have already exchanged a product, the option to exchange it a second time is unfortunately not available. You will be able to receive a Monetary Refund and/or Store Credit, given at our discretion.
Please note, due to safe hygiene practices we can’t accept returns on Underwear or Socks unless they are returned unworn, unopened and in original packaging with tags still attached. Exceptions can be made should the product be received faulty or in an otherwise unsatisfactory condition.
As soon as your return has cleared it's inspection, it will be processed.
End of Financial Year, Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Boxing Day Returns Policy
All Sale Items are advertised as final and no refunds are accepted online or in store. Sale items are eligible for Exchange and store credit only.
All other countries
You are welcome to return for exchange credit or refund (Excluding Sale Items) as per our process. But please note Mr Simple do not offer free returns for packages delivered outside Australia. The cost of international shipping can make it impractical to return, so please consider this when ordering. Please note if you choose to receive an exchange you will need to pay $15 shipping fee before the exchange item is sent. Contact us at info@mrsimple.com.au if you have any questions.
If you are making a return or require a refund of a purchase made in a different currency, the return will be made in AUD and will not account for fluctuations in currency conversion.
Underwear and Facemasks
Returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
Damaged Items
At Mr. Simple we take great care with each and every customer order - all items are wrapped by hand and carefully packaged before they leave us to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is damaged, please notify us via e-mail at info@mrsimple.com.au within 48 hours of receipt stating the nature of the damage.
We will offer an exchange (if available) or a full refund upon receipt of the returned item, including return postage costs, up to the value of the original outward postage.
Refunds and replacements will not be issued for items sent back without first informing us of your intention to do so and stating the reason for the return.
Note:
- Footwear must be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: completely clean and unworn with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. If we sent your shoe box within a larger box, please send the shoe box inside of that larger box to preserve the shoe box. Any footwear returns that do not include the original undamaged shoebox will not be accepted.
- Certain product categories are ineligible for return, including (but not limited to) underwear, socks, mystery boxes, grooming products, food/drink items, and items marked on their product pages as final sale or clearance.
- Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.
