Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. When shipping to international addresses, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated, and are not necessarily guaranteed..
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
If your order has been dispatched
You should have received an email from info@mrsimple.com.au with the title "A Shipment from Mr Simple is on the way" This will include a tracking number and link to track your order. Note some orders are shipped in multiple packages, in this case you will receive a 2nd tracking email.

We ship orders from multiple locations based on stock availability if you have only received part of your order, we suggest you check the email address you used for the order for a second shipping confirmation.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
We do not offer free international returns.

We no longer offer free returns for New Zealand customers.
Once we have received your return parcel we will process your refund as soon as possible.
It may take 3 - 5 working days until your refund clears into your account.
Items can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, online or at any Mr Simple store.

Note - orders outside of Australia are not eligible for free returns, New Zealand orders can be returned to our Auckland store via post or in person.
If you bought your items in a Mr Simple Store, return them at any Mr Simple store or if you prefer, email info@mrsimple.com.au including proof of purchase (receipt) & we will assist you.
