Simple Returns

Free 30 day returns for refund or exchange, Online or In-Store, in Australia.

In Australia
  • Items can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, online or at any Mr Simple store.
  • You are welcome to:
  1. Swap for a different size or product.
  2. Get a full refund
  • Please ensure all returns & exchanges come back to us in their original condition, with tags & receipts.

As soon as your return has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified by email, please allow 2 days from receipt in Byron Bay.

Return Process:

Step 1: Cut out the return address at the bottom of your returns sheet (download it here). Fill out your order number.

Step 2: Put all of your product in the original packing or find a new box that will fit, stick the Return Address slip to the box. 

Step 3: Make a return below to generate a return label. 

Step 4: Drop it off at your local Australia Post. 

As soon as the return has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified of your exchange, refund or credit via email.

You are welcome to return for exchange or refund as per the process above.  But please note Mr Simple do not offer free returns for packages delivered outside Australia.  The cost of international shipping can make it impractical to return, so please consider this when ordering.  All Mr Simple clothing dispatches from Australia.


Damaged Items

At Mr. Simple we take great care with each and every customer order - all items are wrapped by hand and carefully packaged before they leave us to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

However, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is damaged, please notify us via e-mail at help[at]mrsimple.com.au within 48 hours of receipt stating the nature of the damage.

We will offer an exchange (if available) or a full refund upon receipt of the returned item, including return postage costs, up to the value of the original outward postage.

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for items sent back without first informing us of your intention to do so and stating the reason for the return.
