1. Promoter

1.1. This promotional offer ("Promotion") is conducted by Mr Simple ("Promoter"), located at 5/130 Jonson Street, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia.

1.2. By participating in this Promotion or redeeming the promotional discount, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotional Offer

2.1. Eligible customers who sign up through the designated promotional signup page will receive access to an exclusive promotional code providing an additional 10% discount on eligible sale-priced merchandise.

2.2. The additional 10% discount is calculated on the already-reduced sale price of eligible products, not the original recommended retail price (RRP).

2.3. For example, an item originally priced at $100 and reduced by 50% to $50 will receive a further 10% discount of $5, resulting in a final purchase price of $45. This represents a total saving of 55% off the original price.

2.4. The discount applies to eligible product prices only and excludes shipping, delivery charges and additional fees.

2.5. All offers are subject to stock availability. Product availability, sizes and colours may vary between online and physical stores.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences at 7:00 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday, 5 November 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3.2. Orders must be completed and successfully placed within the Promotion Period to qualify.

3.3. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the Promotion Period.

4. Where the Offer Is Available

4.1. The Promotion is valid online at www.mrsimple.com.au.

4.2. The Promotion is also available at participating Mr Simple retail stores located in:

• Fitzroy, Victoria
• Prahran, Victoria
• Byron Bay, New South Wales

4.3. The Promotion is not valid at third-party retailers, wholesale stockists, marketplaces or other sales channels unless expressly stated by the Promoter.

5. How to Redeem

5.1. Customers must register through the designated promotional signup page to receive access to the exclusive promotional code.

5.2. For online purchases, customers must enter their promotional code in the designated discount field at checkout before completing their purchase.

5.3. For purchases made in participating physical stores, customers must present their promotional code to a staff member before completing the transaction.

5.4. The discount must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

5.5. The promotional code may be used once per order and may be redeemed across multiple eligible orders during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Exclusions and Restrictions

6.2. The following are excluded:

• Full-priced products and non-sale merchandise
• Gift cards and gift vouchers
• Product bundles and bundled offers
• Shipping and delivery charges

6.4. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other compensation.

6.5. The Promotion does not apply to previous purchases, including orders placed before the Promotion Period that have not yet been dispatched or collected.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

7.1. All purchases made under this Promotion are subject to Mr Simple's applicable returns and exchanges policy and customers' statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7.2. Where a refund is payable, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid for the relevant product after the promotional discount has been applied.

7.3. The original retail price or pre-discount sale price will not be used to calculate refunds.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Technical Issues and Promotional Errors

8.1. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the promotional discount functions as intended throughout the Promotion Period.

8.2. In the event of a technical malfunction, pricing error, incorrect discount calculation or operational issue, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to investigate and correct the issue.

8.3. Customers experiencing difficulties redeeming their promotional discount should contact Mr Simple customer support before completing their purchase.

8.4. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or checkout services, subject to applicable law.

9. Modification or Withdrawal of the Promotion

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to genuine pricing errors, technical issues, fraud, misuse or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.2. Any changes will not retrospectively affect eligible orders already placed and accepted before those changes take effect.

9.3. The Promoter may refuse redemption where it reasonably determines that a promotional code is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

11.4. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
