The pleated trouser was a fixture of Australian working dress through the mid-20th century — worn by public servants, tradesmen and office workers alike. The forward pleat offered ease of movement through long days, while the relaxed leg provided the kind of comfort that functional dressing demands.
The Brooklyn Pleated Pant takes that tailored foundation and subverts it. Rendered in a photorealistic woodland camo, the classic double-pleat silhouette is reframed — not as formal wear, but as something deliberate and contemporary. The relaxed fit through the seat and thigh maintains the ease of a traditional pleat, while the print makes the whole thing unmistakable.
Cut from a medium-weight cotton, the fabric has enough structure to hold its shape through the day without feeling stiff.
