Inspired by Australian summer tailoring, 1940s–1960s.

Linen became the fabric of Australian summer by necessity. In the heat of Queensland and across the warmer coastal cities, men who needed to look presentable reached for it — breathable, naturally cooling and comfortable through long working days. Navy was a staple of that era's tailoring, moving easily between work and leisure.

The Tanner 3.0 Linen Short takes that tradition and strips it back. The elastic waistband removes the formality entirely, keeping the clean lines and relaxed silhouette of a tailored short while adding everyday ease. In navy, it carries more range than the neutral colourways — as easy under a tee as it is tucked into something smarter.

Linen will soften and improve with wash and wear, picking up character over time.
