Every decent NSW coastal town had one — the seafood joint at the marina with its own hand-illustrated signage, a pelican loitering out front, and lobster on the menu whether you wanted it or not. South West Rocks has been one of those towns for decades. Rock lobster out of the bay, a boat ramp, a pelican in a chef's hat who thinks he's running the place.
The Seafood Reginald Tee wears the branding of a restaurant that probably exists somewhere along Bayside Marina, 574. A cartoon pelican, a banner, a seagull heading somewhere more important — rendered in navy on white with the clean, unhurried confidence of a place that doesn't need to advertise.
